Description of duties:

Primary:

Coordinate scheduling daily for staff
Follow SOP to maintain schedule optimization
Use team notes to optimize schedule
Respond quickly to schedule concerns
Confirm 0 unassigned bookings 2x daily
Manage staff availability

Secondary

Report labor needs to meet production demands
Forecast labor needs due to production demands
Answer customer inquiries
Answer emails and phone calls from customers
General VA tasks

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
English speaking
Able to follow a detailed set of instructions without missing details
Scheduling
Connecting quickly with people over the phone or digitally through email/Connecteam
Customer service
Responding to customer inquiries in less than 15 min to customers over email or the phone


COMPENSATION: $600/month
