Print On Demand Virtual Assistant

A UK based business owner looking to start a new project.
I need a virtual assistant to assist with managing a shopify store project as I do not have enough time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience with Shopify
- Fast Internet to build and manage product listings
- Must be able to make creative designs for print on demand products
- Must be able to research products and designs for fitness and swimwear niche
- Must have experience with Etsy
- Experience with managing social media accounts ( Instagram and Pinterest)
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
-Must be willing to learn

BONUS
- Skilled with SEO and social media marketing ( Not required)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Starting pay 20,000/month salary
- Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
- Two weeks paid vacation each year
- 13th month bonus (starting in December 2022)
- Salary increase periodically, depending on how well the project does, with first increase after one month
- Flexible hours - Choose your hours

- Paid training if you want to increase your skills ( As long as it would help my business)

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
- Must have your own working computer
- Must have high speed internet
- 40 hours of work each week
- Must be willing to learn and take assignments
- List and manage products on Shopify and Etsy
-Must be able to make print on demand designs
-Research designs and print on demand products for sports and swimwear niche
- Manage Instagram and Pinterest Accounts
- Must perform well as a team
- Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
