JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an IT Support person to provide technical assistance based on the issue and details provided by the clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Responsibilities Include:
• Available full time 9 AM to 5 PM EST, overtime might be necessary
• Ensuring top notch customer service and technical support

Required Qualifications:
• System Administration experience (required)
• Technical support experience over the phone
• Basic customer service and communication etiquette
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software and hardware
• Related experience in troubleshooting, maintaining systems
• Problem solving skills – detail oriented, good problem solver and logical thinker
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Maintain client documentation, organize customer information
• Remote assistance with client and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as needed
• Recommend or advise hardware and software improvements
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
