We are looking for an IT Support person to provide technical assistance based on the issue and details provided by the clients and tea
Responsibilities Include:
• Available full time 9 AM to 5 PM EST, overtime might be necessary
• Ensuring top notch customer service and technical support
Required Qualifications:
• System Administration experience (required)
• Technical support experience over the phone
• Basic customer service and communication etiquette
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software and hardware
• Related experience in troubleshooting, maintaining systems
• Problem solving skills – detail oriented, good problem solver and logical thinker
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Maintain client documentation, organize customer information
• Remote assistance with client and tea
• Recommend or advise hardware and software improvements
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
