Senior Mobile App & Flutter Dev - Full-time, long-term, work-from-home, no freelancers

We're currently interviewing for a full-time, long-term, work-from-home Senior Mobile App & Flutter Dev with the following skills:
(Note: this is not a freelancer position, but a full-time, long-term, dedicated position.)

Hard Skills:
- Very strong expertise with all aspects of mobile/web app development in Flutter, including Dart, Objective-C, Swift, C++, Java, Kotlin, TestFlight, Firebase, etc
- Very strong expertise with the app store application, submission, and review process, including expediting that process
- Very strong expertise with different iOS/Android devices and app development for different screen sizes, types, and device types
- Ownership of a Mac dev computer for iOS building (ideal, but not required)
- Experience with the following is also helpful: git version control, REST & other APIs, Python, XML, Json

Soft Skills:
- Attention to ALL details. Do you read all questions and instructions and answer and complete each of them?
- Hard working and dedicated to problem solving
- Excellent english, both written and oral
- Works well with others
- Willing to ask questions when stuck and not quit
