JOB OVERVIEW

Fun Youthful business owner is seeking an upbeat, artistic, creative to become a Full-Time Assistant. My businesses are in Las Vegas Nevada USA. I'm in the realm of Airbnb Services- Adventure Tours - And Scooter Docking Stations!
So I need a person who can handle moving around three niches seamlessly. You will eventually be helping me oversee a team and manage subtasks for other employees or become a helper to the person who fills that seat.

I need someone with skills in
- Content writing - Content writing - Content writing!!!! Must be a strong writer!
- Youthful Social media like Tik-Tok- Facebook and Instagram! Must be good with American slang like " Its a vibe" & Vegas Sunsets just hit different"
- Excel / Google docs
- Semrush or Ahrefs - I only need you to have light experience on this I can train you!
- General Assistant task management
- Who is great on the phone!!!

Tasks include:

1. Content writing > writing email templates > Creative writing for web pages
2. Lite SEO tasks
3. Light Bookkeeping tasks > Experienced with excel and google sheets is a must!!
4. Calling Customers > Quality Control Calls > Making Sales Calls > Generating leads
5. Building Systems and workflows > organizing data > Creating my book on how to operate my business
6. Engaging on Social Media with our followers
7. Working with our team to complete unique one-off tasks
8. General Researching > Creating explanation videos

There is room to grow with me. I need a loyal comrade to help me oversee my ventures. Help me grow I help you grow! Together we achieve our dreams!

Background:
I attended university in Las Vegas and have a bachelor's in Graphic Design, and an associate's in Business. I own a scooter shop in Downtown Las Vegas that has been in operation for 3 years. I designed my own site and campaigns, taught myself SEO, and manage a lot of our backend myself. This business is ranking #1 for scooters in Las Vegas but we need to take it further. Speaking on that note since you are still here and following along there will be two things you need to send me in order for me to open your application please note that the second word in your response should be purple. Anyways, back on the subject. I also am starting a second tier of my business and becoming the city's first scooter docking provider. A huge account to manage!


As I begin to acquire clients I will quickly need to grow my in-person team. This is where you come in. You will be one of two assistants who help me manage my online tasks. Together the three of us will strategize and organize my in-person team and other members of the virtual side. I need someone to help me structure the foundation of my conglomerate ---------- addition to this, we will be starting an online website with services for my third venture that is within the Airbnb realm and already has a client needing to be managed but no formal business is formed yet. We are established with proof of concept and ready to build a business around this niche.

Starting pay for a Full-time assistant ranges from
$3 - $5 USD per hour for full-time (Up to 40 hours a week)
The rate depends on experience. Hours will get longer as the job becomes more indepth

Hours of Work are ---------- ST (UTC +8)
- 3 am to 10 am
- Tuesday Through Saturday
