Wanted Tech Support

Currently we are looking to add to our technical support team that supports our US clients that use our software.

This position will provide hardware, software and networking support. Tea ---------- mber will respond to email, chat or phone calls from customer questions.

Basic requirements:
Must have knowledge of basic computer skills.
Must have basic knowledge of LAN and WiFi set ups.
Troubleshooting skills will be a daily task.

What you bring:
Strong customer service skills.
Speak, read and write well in English (a must).
Good work ethic with the ability to always be learning.

What you will need:
Good internet connection.
Good computer and headset.
Work US daytime hours.

If you have any knowledge of photoshop or are a novice front end programmer then that is a bonus.

Pay starting out is $700 USD a month with occasional bonuses given out due to great team performance. This is not a gig or temporary, this is a fulltime permanent position where you can work from home. Late, call outs or excuses for not being able to work will not be tolerated so please do not waste our time nor yours if you look at this as another gig until the next opportunity.

We have over 20 staff members throughout the Philippines, and many have been with us for years. We do take care of our staff and are a very laid back and easy company to work for, all we ask is that you work and do your job.
