We are looking for a Client Relations Manager whose main role is building relationships with clients while ensuring that their products are delivered, needs are met and challenges are ---------- rves as a liaison between the
Company and client to maintain high satisfaction of the client.
He / She will develop and implement action plans to improve the company-client relationships and the retention of clients.
This role expects to maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services that is significant in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner. Coordinate and secure the renewal of client agreements. Onboard and keep each client's product journey up to date.

If you are someone that is always ready to attend and identify clients' needs and requirements and propose
suitable solutions, can provide comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their
