Video and Audio Editing/Post-Production

I am looking for an experienced video/audio editor to edit a 2-hour spiritual writing workshop I put together. I will need this workshop to look like a quality finished product. Responsibilities include:
- Split or combine clips into a cohesive video
- Enhance audio using appropriate software
- Input special effects (graphics, sounds, music) to enhance footage
- Write voice-overs to enhance footage where applicable
- Offer style guidance and audio/video recommendations for future videos based on current footage
- Review the entire completed video prior to submission to ensure quality

**Also, this is a fixed budget project. Please provide the number of hours you anticipate for this project in advance.

If this project is done well, it will lead to more projects in the near future, including editing mindfulness and spiritual online courses.
