Primary Job: Design Hats and T Shirts, design logos, while communicating with customers. This is a full time job with a base salary plus commissions. Job hours are working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time.
Critical Fit: Must be extremely well versus with Adobe
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in graphic design (vector art is a requirement) and ideally a knowledge of screen print and embroidery. Looking for one that takes ownership of the role and wants to help grow the sales channel from creative designs for customers. We have a very active social media inbox from
1. Customer communication - Assess and respond to inbound leads to clarify customer request. Do you want hats? How many, what color, any style preference, what is the timeline, etc? “Timeliness is really important as this is an all day full time role.”
2. Digital rendering - Take customer logo and spend no more than 15 minutes making digital renderings on a few items (unless a significantly large account) that are saved to a shared google drive and send to customer for review. “Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge is a requirement”.
3. Convert to order - Once the art is finalized, enter the customer information into our system and send a quote for
