Looking for book keeper who is fully capable of using QuickBooks, manage payroll and handle corporate tax filings in USA. Need to be able to prove that you are very experienced in QuickBooks and maintaining expenses. First task will be to enter all expenses for business for the past three years into QuickBooks, and going forward maintain expenses/ payroll and corporate tax filings. The first month will be the heaviest part of the job, just getting everything set up, so the first month salary is higher than the balance of the year. First month $300 for set up of account - which will include entering all expense data from past 3 years expenses into Quickbooks from several different accounts. Then it will be $10 hourly on a monthly basis - we only anticipate needing approx 4 hours/mo on monthly basis once we are set up. If we feel that we are working well together we may add add'l admin responsibilities for add'l hours.
