We are looking for an experienced Admin VA to provide administrative support to our client’s team while working remotely. As an Admin VA, you are expected to have solid admin skills, be efficient in system research, be detail-oriented, and must have effective communication skills using multiple channels. You are expected to fill the void, seal the gap and complete the formula to create a better experience for the client. A successful candidate must be able to provide excellent admin and system support and follow through with the purpose of delivering an exceptional client experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
** Project Assistance Duties:
Overseeing tasks delegated by the project manager/lead
Monitoring project progress and updating the project manager on whatever progress the team makes
Keeping the team on track by setting and updating deadlines
Facilitating issue resolution
Ensuring all systems are functional and optimized to their use
**Admin Duties:
Following up with the company’s clients
Preparing, organizing and storing information in google Docs and Sheet;
Managing calendar and scheduling appointments
Arranging travel and accommodation
Handling client concerns and complaints
Email
**Basic Accounting Duties:
Organizing and maintaining records of account receivables and payables
Handling all billing queries
Updating contracts and adding new client accounts
Reviewing financial statements
Performing bill reconciliation services to ensure accuracy of all statements
Perform any relevant tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working directly with the client or has worked as a Business Management Assistant or Project Assistant for at least a year
* Must have bookkeeping experience for at least 1-2 years; Quickbooks experience is required (non-negotiable)
* Must be familiar with GSuite and can create or use basic to advanced formulas in Google Sheets
* Must possess strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (English required)
* In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam for tea
* A fast and reliable internet connection, a backup ISP is required
* Extremely self-motivated with solid time management
* Must be focused on keeping business owners organized and supported in their role
* Must be able to assist and act in a confidential capacity
* Must be a "go-getter", a self-motivated individual and
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with less to no errors
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new concepts
* Ability to anticipate the needs of others.
