Bookkeeping Assistant

We are looking for a computer savvy individual who can assist us with our bookkeeping needs. We are a warm comforting environment with too much work on our hands.

You would be entering checks and deposits into QuickBooks. Reconciling bank accounts. Printing financial reports. And Day-to-Day Bookkeeping on multiple clients.

Eventual this would lead into being trained on sales tax, payroll tax, income taxes and other government forms.

We are NOt willing to train, You need to know the skills.

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday.
