FULL TIME Instagram marketing manager for Adventurer/traveler person, and healthy juice company.

Hi all!

I'm looking for full time social media accounts manager--particularly Instagram profiles (in addition to Facebook and Twitter). If applying to this position, please don't copy/paste the usual application details. I will know, and It shows me you don't have attention to detail, may not be a good communicator, and I won't know if you have the specific skills and experience that will help with my specific needs.

I have two businesses that I would like your help on:

One business account is creating and selling healthy juice, the second is a personal branding account (adventure/athlete/traveler). Each business will get 2-3 hours of

attention per day. It would be good if you are familiar and have experience with the following:

- Instagram marketing
- Iconosquare
- hashtag research
- geo-location search
- regram account research


DAILY Instagram duties will include:

- "Like" photos: Search out specific hashtags and geo-locations (I can provide a list to start), and "like" certain photos within those hashtags and geo-locations (I can

provide criteria and examples). (There is a limit to how many photos that can be like in a certain time frame. After this is reached, wait until the restriction is clear

and resume "liking" more photos.)
- Hashtag research: Create and maintain a list of relevant hashtags to use for different types of photos to be used upon uploading.
- Instagram account research: create and maintain a list of relevant regram account (accounts that repost photos), and log their names.
- Tag photos: Tag relevant regram accounts to various photos (this may include tagging their name in my photo, or mentioning their username and specific hashtag in the

comments of my photo).
- Take note of any Instagram "contests" or "giveaways" that are relevant to my field. For example, on my adventure/travel account, if there is a "giveaway" of hammock by a

hammock company, I would like to know.
- Provide updates/feedback: Provide me with a daily update of how many new followers I have received on each account (this can be done easily with Iconosquare), any

information learned or gained.

WEEKLY duties will include:

- Research different brands and companies that would be suitable for sponsorship and endorsement of my adventure brand account (for example, finding outdoor clothing

companies or gear/equipment companies). This also includes finding the person in charge of sponsorships, and collecting their name and contact information. If the company

has a dedicated sponsor/ambassador page on their website, I would like a link to this page to be included.

**Important: It is very important to know that I DO NOT want any use of third-party apps or services (except Iconosquare website). This must all be done manually,

otherwise my account will be banned. This includes paying for bots or followers. This is very important.

Growth and progress of your work will be tracked via Iconosquare (number of new followers per day, and number of new likes received on my accounts). Milestones of your

work will be set in place as targets (for example, reaching 5,000 & 10,000 followers). I would also like to have one to two weekly conference calls (via Skype, Google

Hangouts, or other) to go over the progress and discuss strategies for the next week.

Communication is very important to me, as well as asking questions. If you don't know how to do something, want more clarification, or aren't sure how to do something, I

welcome you to ask me. I am very happy to help and take time to explain. We are on the same team!

want to know that you have a good understanding of the applications and concept.

- What Instagram experience you have (include any accounts that may be relevant that you specifically worked on)
- If you have a computer, smartphone (Android? iPhone?), and reliable internet connection.
