Our team helps MSP's leverage best-practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP's more efficient and profitable.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) would be working with our MSP partners to provide professional consulting and account management services around CTG's service offerings for MSP's, which include Centralized Services - RMM tool Admin (ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM), and PSA tool admin (AutoTask PSA, ConnectWise Manage). This role is responsible for the overall success of our MSP clients and partners, and the face of the company.

***NOTE: This person will be managing the accounts and meeting with clients, they will not be responsible for administrating the tools. ***

Requirements:

Need to have prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Preferred to have a technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack
Experience with RMM tools - Kaseya VSA or ConnectWise Automate (LabTech)
Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with our MSP partners
Experience in managing clients from a business and technical standpoint
Prior experience in client and project management - SLA adherence, ticket escalation procedures, reporting
