Labour Provider company is looking for a proficient, highly motivated individual to join our friendly operations team and recruitment team as needed.
A remote-based job work from home, 24/7 rostering with 10 - 12hrs shifts.
This role will be suitable for someone who has a great attitude, great work ethic, can be very dependable and work well under pressure in a busy environment. Someone with excellent English and communication skills to handle busy phone calls from both Client and Crew member is a must.
Someone who is IT savvy that can quickly adapt to our operations software as well as assisting general enquiries from crews is a plus.
Someone who had work experience in dealing with clients over the phone is a plus.
About the role:
• Report directly to Operations Manager
• Filling shifts with the best possible staff for that Client, Skill and Venue
• Assisting all large bookings to have the required level of reserves
• Answering phone calls appropriately with approachable and friendly tones
• Respond to
• Follow the direction of Operations Managers
• Fill Shifts in order of Rankings, be professional and never show favouritism when assigning Shifts
• Assist with ongoing recruitment of new staff
• Aiding with the client as needed
• Calling crew to ensure they are on-site for shift
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of staff when required.
