$5 an hour + 5% Commission per sale

The career development specialist communicates with clients to understand their goals and ambitions. They will assist clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set career goals. You will meet with each client via google/zoo ---------- etings and d ---------- which service of T. Lassiter Service is best to assist them in achieving their career goals. Warm leads will be provided.

Communicate with clients to understand their goals and ambitions
Have multiple client meetings via zoom/google to convert to a sale
Assist clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals
Assess the strengths of individuals
Guide clients through their career transition
Keep a client spreadsheet in order to keep track of who needs a follow-up message
Keep track of questionnaires in a spreadsheet that clients fill out prior to the discovery call/resume review meeting
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a career coach
Must work US time zone hours
Experience in working with people in various industries
Working knowledge of Google Docs
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
