Looking for a creative thumbnail designer for a manosphere/redpill channel

Hello!
I run a YouTube channel that focuses on the manosphere/red pill space so we mainly focus on topics
in the space. We're looking for a creative thumbnail designer that can create a thumbnail on any
given topic creatively. If you don’t know what the manosphere is then please save both of us time
and don’t send a proposal or your offer.

The thumbnail design doesn’t have to be the same as the channel listed above, but they need to
be appealing to the niche and the audience and the niche, and you will have to dedicate some
time to studying the niche to figure out what people will actually click on, so you can make
thumbnail tailored toward the audience.
Also, we prefer to know who we're working with (especially since we're looking for someone to work
with long-term), so you must be willing to get on a zoom call with me before we get started. It's also
a bonus if you are familiar with YouTube SEO and of course the YouTube policies so we don't get
copyright claims.

When sending your proposal, add "YES" to the top letting me know that you actually read the whole
job post and understand the requirements (I'm aware some people don't read the jobs post and just
copy and paste a script as their proposal).
