Researcher's/Screen Writers/Script Writers/Video Editors - Youtube Channel

Calling all experts at content creation!
We have an exciting project with our YouTube channel and are looking to hire for 3 different roles.

We Need:
Researcher's/Script Writers
Video Editor's
General Assistants who have exceptional English/grammar skills, and or video editing skills.

We will be creating 5,000 educational and entertaining videos over the next 12 months on our YouTube channel. We require researcher's/screen writers who can create 5,000 word essays that can be converted in screen written format for a presenter to read in front of a camera.

We also need people who can edit footage. After the footage has been recorded we will need skilled expert's who can cut and edit the footage and to enhance the audio/visual quality of the production and have the abilities to add sound bites/overlays etc.

Additionally we will need people who are highly skilled in English and English grammar and punctuation who can proof read the scripts, proof view the footage before publication on the YouTube channel and who can assist the Project Manager, Channel Owners and or the other staff members with their roles.

We foresee requiring;
3x Researcher's/Script Writers/Screen Writers
3x Video Editor's
1 or 2 general assistants.

If producing 5,000 20 minute pieces of content we expect to be producing 19 videos per day, 5 days per week. We will require people with sufficient experience, have an appetite for large workloads, and have commitment to be on the team long-term. You'll be required to work closely with the channel owners and the Project Manager on occasions. Most of the time you'll be free to work your own schedule provided you can maintain efficient production.

Tea ---------- mbers can expect to be paid a salary **Once The Channel Is Monetized** and a 1%-2% performance based bonus from the total profits generated by the channels ad revenues, affiliate marketing, merchandise sales, and paid sponsor's on a quarterly basis.
