We are looking for a tea ---------- mber in our onboarding department to help the parents of our new martial arts students - to make sure they :
- have downloaded our member app & know what it available on there
- check they are attending classes
- check they are signing in to classes
- check they know how are belt ranks work
- see if there are issues - which need an Instructor to help them with

Do you have previous Telephone customer service experience?
Are you great on computers and can leave notes in a CRM?
Plus email and SMS support.

Martial arts knowledge an advantage, but not a requirement - we will teach you what you need to know.

Part time position - approx 15 hours per week - hours negotiable - but will include Monday to Thursday - including 2pm - 5pm at least 2 of those days.
