Inbound Call Center Manager

Hello! We are a fast growing internet startup and we are looking to hire an experienced and energetic call center manager to run our virtual call center.

This position is full time for 8am-5pm US central time, so will be overnight shift in the Philippines.

The previous owner of the business did all calls himself, but we are looking to scale this business and we need the help of a professional.

The right candidate for this job will be building a remote team from the ground up. We plan on needing to hire 10-20 call center agents by the end of 2022.

We are going to build a fun, engaging, and rewarding virtual environment for an all remote team and this role is absolutely crucial to our success.

We want our people to love where they work and having a great manager (you) is the most important factor.

Your qualifications:
-5+ years of managerial experience running a call center (ideally an inbound sales call center)
-Experience hiring amazing call center agents who excel at what they do.
-A great coach who gets the best out of his employees without crushing their spirit
-Excellent English skills - both written and spoken
-Tech savvy and comfortable with online cloud based call center software
