Agile Coach (SPC 5.1)

We are looking for up to two Agile Coaches to help build our company in teaching the Scaled Agile Framework coursework. Initially, candidates will be required to teach the introductory "Leading SAFe" Course but will expand to teach the other courses depending on experience. Our goal is to provide quality SAFe certification courses at an affordable price in the United States, India, and beyond. The Agile Coaches will teach 1-2 Leading SAFe (2 days per class) Classes a week, unless teaching other courses. The First initial classes will be conducted in Indian Standard Time (IST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) but will scale to other time zones.

**There will be discounted rates for Military / Veterans and Students.


Role : Agile Coach (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to teach / train the SAFe courses, especially the "Leading SAFe" Class
Being able to evaluate, participant mindset and answer student questions
Advocate of agile mindset, bringing experiences to ---------- ntor Team members in Agile ways of working
Support students in their agile/scrum adoption
Advocate of agile mindset across organization
Participate and advise community of practices / FAQ in the organization


SPC 5.1 (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in collaborative work tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack)
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing clarity
Must be a hands-on practitioner, able and willing to work with teams while coaching them to sustainability.
Experience with non-Scrum flavors of Agile (Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Working Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD Tools, Agile Workflow Tools, Testing practices like TDD, ATDD and BDD and Familiarity with Testing tools/frameworks.

Agile Coaches will be independent contractors (You are responsible for paying taxes) and will be paid every two weeks (Friday EST)
Salary will be based on experience and the amount of classes taught per pay period
If new students are referred from an Agile Coach, and attend the course, the Coach will receive a percentage of the profits from that specific class.
If an Agile Coach chooses to teach a course that falls on a Holiday, then there is a bonus to their next paycheck.
