Marketing & Social Media Assistant

We’re looking for a marketing & social media assistant to join our team! ??

WHAT YOU WILL DO
?- Analyse relevant Instagram accounts
?- Development of social media strategy
?- Research & source hi-res images
?- Repurpose posts to be posted as part of the MH brands social media goals on Instagram and TikTok?
- Create social media graphics
?- Scheduling of social media posts
?- Community management?
- Video editing
?- Blog post ideation & research
?- Blog post writing & rewriting
?- Writing of email drip campaigns
?- Development of sales funnels
?- Keyword research?
- Assist with creating new and improved opportunities with all marketing mediums??

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
?- Interested in real estate?
- Tech-savvy fast learner
?- Love to communicate with people through writing & language?
- At least 1 years experience in social media management across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
?- A keen eye for detail is important to be successful in this role.?
- Must be able to work on PST time zone.?
- A positive, organised, detail oriented attitude
?- We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have a desire to learn and grow and take on more responsibilities along the way??

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Hours are approx 9am - 6pm PST time, Monday - Friday ?
- Pay: $4 - $6 USD per hour depending on experience ?
- The goal is for this to expand to a full time role over the next few months, with room to grow further with bonuses and incentives as the business grows.
