US Real Estate Cold Caller

Our company is expanding and we need highly skilled people to join our team. Star House Acquisitions is a Real Estate Investment business located in Central Texas.

REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have a US Real Estate experience as an Appointment Setter or Cold Caller
- MUST have an excellent English speaking skills
- MUST be Spontaneous, Pro-active, Confident and Accountable
- MUST have at least 25mbps Wired Internet Connection
- MUST have at least an Intel i3 and/or dual core processor
- MUST have a USB Headset with a noise cancelling microphone

*MUST BE COMFORTABLE USING A TRACKER AND/OR A WEB CAMERA FOR THE ENTIRE SHIFT*

START DATE: ASAP

~ Work schedule is 9am to 5pm Us Central Time, Weekdays
~ Fixed Weekend Off
~ Paid US Holidays
~ The pay is Bi-weekly on a Friday via Transferwise
~ Starting Rate is $4.00/hr, but will bump into $5/hr once you hit your target
~ We have daily spiff that ranges from $3.00 - $25.00
~ We also have closing incentives
