Project Manager Needed Immediately!

I'm looking for a project manager to manage projects for my article marketing and link building service.
You should be very organized, have a great work ethic, and have a RELIABLE, fast internet connection and up to date computer. I will not tolerate someone who has chronic/ongoing power and/or internet outages.
You should have experience with writing articles and submitting articles to various article sites like EzineArticles.com, ISnare, Hubpages, Squidoo, Wordpress.com, Typepad, etc. Knowledge of how to use The Best Spinner as well as SENuke, and submitting to blog networks such as MyArticleNetwork/ArticleMarketingAutomation and SEOLinkVine is a plus. You should have great communication skills and the ability to assign tasks and monitor and manage them with other people online to make sure they are completed correctly and on-time.
You should also have great English speaking and writing capabilities and a fast typing speed.
You should be experienced with using Skype. Knowledge of how to use Google Docs is a plus. You should also have the ability to work at a fast pace and manage several projects at once in an effective manner and be able to work in an environment that requires meeting deadlines.

I pay once every 2 weeks on Friday US Central Time by 5:00 P.M. one week after each two week work period.
Whoever we hire will start out at $125 USD every 2 weeks ($250 per month).
You should have the ability to learn new skills rapidly and be able to develop training guides teaching workers how to do various processes either via written guides or video tutorials. You will be required to do some quick sample article and blog post submission work (articles and blog posts already written by you-you don't have to write them) to show your skills which you will be required to do/show us without pay. You will be required to work 40 or more hours per week Monday thru Friday 7am until 3pm Philippines time or after (whatever it takes to get the job done).
