FRONT END DEVELOPER - Web 3

A Web3 Service Company is looking for a Front End Developer to work on existing and new Web3 projects. The job is for immediate ---------- cation:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science(or equivalent experience)
- Self-taught engineers with proven experience and an existing portfolio will also be considered
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must

Required Skills And Experience
Deep expertise in the design, implementation and integration of front-end web3 projects, with emphasis on the following:

- Proven history showing responsibility for the entire front-end product development cycle, including working as a team to drive positive client outcomes.
- Experience with responsive Web 3 design experience
- Expertise in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Expertise in understanding client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Expertise in using one or more advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.
- Deep expertise in React and Node.js (prefered)
- In-depth knowledge of Solidity syntax, with emphasis on smart contract integration with front-end elements (Web3) and debugging
- Experience in thinking through cross-browser compatibility issues and methods to address
- Experience in an Agile framework within a team environment
- Expertise in optimizing/troubleshooting issues for the mobile web experience
- Expertise in understanding code versioning tools
- Experience with web accessibility guidelines and best practices (WCAG 2.1 Standard)
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skill

Job Responsibilities:
When you are assigned to a Project/job you are expected to represent “Service co” by exhibiting the following:

- Work as part of the development team
- Lead front-end development for the protocol
- Proactively work with the Product Design team to create innovative solutions
- Perform technical feasibility analysis of UI/UX designs
- Work closely with the Analytics team to learn, test and create new hypotheses to constantly iterate the UX/UI Experience
- During weekly meetings, you know when you are needed and proactively solve your teammate’s problems.
- Implement, guide, and influence the front-end engineering practices
- Develop and maintain responsive website UI using HTML/HTML5, CSS (SASS), JavaScript
- Optimize current and new code for the best possible mobile web experience
- Continuous focus on performance improvement and reduction in perceived page load times
- Analyze metrics and user experience tools to identify areas for improved user experience
- Build reusable modules/libraries ensuring cross-browser compatibility and UI data validation
- Research industry trends to ensure that our standards and practices are current and poised to guide our team to deliver the best website possible
- Perform regular audits of webpage performance
- Recommend and implement changes to improve site performance and user experience
- Review application code to identify and prioritize opportunities for UX performance improvement
- Architect web3 framework using appropriate technologies that meet the business need
- Collaborate with applications developers and other team members and business owners
