Looking for a Paralegal Assistant or a Lawyer

Criteria for the role:

Highly preferable: Someone familiar with UK law
Preferable/alternative: Someone familiar with US law

Job role:

Write up new clauses for addendums that we do on contracts
Take a contract template, then customise it to our needs
Brief legal research on certain topics (not complicated)

Compensation:

$8-15/hr (it's a freelance work, per project around 10-15 projects per yr)
