We are currently looking for a dynamic digital marketing account manager to join our Digital Marketing Agency.

As a Digital account manager, you should have solid experience in digital marketing with a customer service approach, and you will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company.

To ensure success as a digital account manager, you should be able to understand and in many cases implement complex, detailed digital strategies in an accurate and timely manner with the help of our team.

Ultimately, a top-notch digital account manager should be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client's digital needs.


A digital marketing manager is responsible for:

Determining client needs by conducting online meetings to outline their digital goals.
Conducting weekly meetings with the clients informing them about the current work status of their ---------- veloping and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients
Cross-functional management for digital marketing service deliverables including: Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads/Content/Engagement, Email Marketing, SEO/Blogs, Website performance, and other marketing platforms
Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
Proactively and thoughtfully identifying and resolving concerns, big or small, swiftly and completely.
Analyzing the performance of digital advertising campaigns, making recommendations, and taking action to improve performance and meeting/exceeding KPIs to help clients grow their businesses and reach their goals.
Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.


Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.
Experience with Paid Ads and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Adwords.
Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools like Klaviyo.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to overcome client objections and challenges that may arise.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Ability to conduct calls a meetings on US timezone.

High growth ---------- pensation is based on client load and performance and is very scalable, lending itself to our contract pay structure. However, this is a consistent, long-term position focused on collaboration and growth.
