• Excellent communication skills - Ability to have a comfortable conversation in English and not think formal or technical, be a friend
• Have the technical expertise to handle most issues an end-user will face and be able to collect enough information to study further if necessary, but must have good detail and follow-up skills (never let it go till solved)
• Demonstrable experience working with Windows systems (client/server). Ideally enough experience with a broad number of areas of end-user and other IT to solve problems others might miss.
• Office 365 and Azure skills are pretty critical, we are heavy users so you'll need to know the basics or demonstrate skills in something very similar.
• Experience with MSP tools such as RMM, PSA, etc. or similar is very important as not everyone gets up to speed quickly with tools like this.
• Basically you have to show us you can handle even the unknown tasks by setting expectations properly and finding the answer in a reasonable amount of time.
• Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive/creative, and always improving things.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the client is satisfied.
• Have the ability to "figure things out" even new things

Extra skills we would value highly:
• Scripting/PowerShell experience
• Mac OS use and support experience
• GoogleWorkpace/etc.
