We are an Australia-based company looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who can perform the following tasks:
-Invoicing management
-Manage payslips
-Calendar Management
-Tasks Scheduling
-Research
-Database Entry and Management (CRM)
-Creating SOPs / Documentation
-Creating Presentations
-File Management
-Transcription
-Customer Support
-Admin assistance and other ad-hoc tasks
-Data Enrichment
-Client communication
-Client Onboarding
-Lead Generation
Requirements:
-Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant (with external communication handling).
-Great attention to detail.
-Knowledge and experience of the following tools
*ClickUp
*Slack
*Xero
*Payrun
*Google Suite
*PandaDoc
*Loom
-Good communication skills.
-Ability to collaborate with a team.
