Real Estate Analyst

Our US-based client is looking for a Real Estate Analyst who has at least 3 years of similar experience and is capable of financial modeling and cash flow analysis.

Other Requirements are as follows:
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Must have at least 3 years in business or financial management
- Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts, and draw valid ---------- monstrated ability to interpret a variety of information including information in technical and/or mathematical form, and analyze multiple abstract and concrete variables.
- Professional designation/certification is a plus
- Land development experience is a plus
- Fund management/private equity experience is a plus


The Real Estate Analyst will have a variety of responsibilities and will be a critical role for the company throughout the development and real estate acquisition process.

The task includes the following:
? Develop project underwriting and proforma for acquisition and development projects
? Build on existing proforma models for complete investment underwriting
? Obtain and review market data, financing information and hard and soft cost estimates
? Assist with the implementation of the D&A strategies for development and acquisition
? Track development and acquisition opportunities and report pipeline to the team
? Asset management of the existing portfolio and project pipeline


Salary: up to $1200 per month
Work Hours: 9am-5pm US EST
