Qualifications:
• Mid level - expert level 5+ years experience
•Be a Lead in the UI/UX Design Team, handle workloads and outputs, and implement their development plan
•Develop wireframes of screens, storyboards, user interaction flows, and sitemaps for Apps and Websites
•Present design deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
•Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
•Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Technical Skills
•Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability
•Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail
•Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, interaction flows, process flows, and site maps
•Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Understanding of standard software project management and development practices
•Experience in Agile Scrum Projects
•Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Objective-C (iOS), C++ (Android) a plus
•Portfolio to accompany resume
