JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be involved in answering client inquiries, writing proposals and quotations to close the sale. Your main goals are to convert leads into confirmed sales through communication via phone, emails, and virtual meetings.

The main job scopes include the following:
Client Servicing and Client Accounts Management
Customer Service via phone, email, web chats, and virtual meetings
Planning of Events and liaising and coordinating with the internal operations team and external vendors
Events facilitation and client interactions
Customer Feedback

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Previous experience in sales and customer service would be preferred
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Efficient and Organised (You will be meeting tight deadlines)
- Knowledge of using sales software (e.g. Zoho CRM, Xero, etc) would be an advantage
- Tech-savvy and have high proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite (e.g Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc), Virtual Tools (e.g. Zoom, Google Meets, Webex, etc)
