Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the successful candidate will be based in Manila, Philippines. The Implementation Analyst is an important part of the implementation project team, working with the customer throughout the software implementation process, providing expert knowledge and ensuring that the software is ready for customer use. The candidate will participate in all phases of deployment. Detailed activities will include understanding customer business needs, software configuration, testing, training and consultation during live implementation.

Primary Responsibilities
•Provide Consulting Services with a focus on software implementation and legacy data migration
•Serve as a part of the implementation team effort, acting as a liaison between the customer and all sales, project management, configuration, technical, development, professional services, support and project team members during the implementation process.

•Participate in onsite project workshops and consultation with the customer
•Maintain detailed issue tracking and action items list
• Provide the customer with appropriate software and project documentation
• Work closely with customer project lead and the entire project team to ensure that all deliverables are delivered successfully and on time.
•Participate in on site analysis with customer
•Follow up and escalate gaps, issues and enhancements identified throughout the project.
•Display a high level of knowledge and consistent service throughout all interactions with customer.
• Facilitate Incognito software end user training
•Creates internal department documentation and FAQ's

Minimum Job Requirements
•3 years experience in a customer-facing role implementing complex software solutions
•Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA), Computer Technology, related technical discipline, or equivalent professional technical experience
•Telecom domain knowledge. IP address management lifecycle. IPv4 and IPv6
•Network Management systems, provisioning, IP management, OSS
•Very good knowledge of relational data models
•Good to advanced analytical skill set
•Very good level of SQL scripting
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel incl. VBA/Macro programming
•Good skills of Unix/Linux command line
•Good knowledge of Unix shell scripting
•Excellent data interpretation skills
•Good understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques
•Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time on short notice (i.e. less than 48 hours)
