Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and organize notes and reports
• Manage social media accounts and replies
• Reconciliation activities
• Competent spreadsheet analytical ability
• Weekly planning session (1 hour)
• Time-tracking and payroll data entry/analysis
• Tenant record keeping (payments, water bills etc.) and notification
• Manage filing systems, update records and organize documentation
What we are looking for:
• Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
• Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
• Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
• Able to organize and manage varying tasks and projects while making sure nothing slips through the cracks
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
