Edit Transcribed Interviews

I need someone to meticulously edit transcribed interview recordings so that it flows well as content for a chapter in a book. I have a publishing company and many of my clients are interviewed and the interviews are recorded. What I need is for someone to go through the transcriptions and convert the interview into a workable chapter. I am willing to pay $100/week for ---------- will be a 40 hour a week position.
