Operations Manager at Parcel Tracker
Role: Full Time
Location: Remote
Starting: September 2022
Context:
We’re looking for an operations manager to join the Parcel Tracker team, take over the daily running of the company, build a standard operating process and lay down the foundation to grow the business. You’ll be responsible for taking over the CEO’s non-sales responsibilities, implementing automation and running the day-to-day of the business.
You’ll have a large breadth of tasks to take care of daily to ensure the business runs well. You’ll need to take the initiative and focus on company building: analysing how we do things, improving and automating them.

We do not have specific experience or technical experience requirements. We need someone trustworthy and with strong analytical skills that satisfy the requirements below.
Native English Speaking and Writing Abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
Exceptional emotional intelligence
Fantastic organisational and time management skills
You’re a team player, trustworthy and fun to be around
Ability to follow through on commitments: You do what you say you will do internally and to customers.
Qualification: min Bachelor’s degree, or 1 + years in a similar role
Role Progression:
This will be a dynamic and difficult role that will require more than the traditional 9 to 5 work hours and five days a week. These responsibilities will continue to grow with the company and allow you to build and manage a team.
After the first year of working with Parcel Tracker, you will receive a salary increase, an increase in responsibilities, company share options grant.
As Parcel Tracker grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into the role of Head of Operations.
