Position Details:

The Lead Generation Specialist will connect with potential clients from our existing database and/or from their marketing efforts to make a lasting impression with them in order to facilitate the sales process for our agents. This job will not involve cold calling, rather the individual will be in charge of relationship building and creative problem-solving while also employing a customer-first philosophy.

Responsibilities:

Develop leads primarily via telephone in a business-to-business fashion (B2B).
Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communication with past clients, current clients, and prospects.
Manage data for new and prospective clients with CRM ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate.
Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Must Have:
Experience in lead generation.
Excellent English communication skills.
