JOB OVERVIEW

We are a wholesale distribution company located in Los Angeles, ---------- addition to selling to our regular retail clients, we have stores on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Faire. We are currently looking for someone with inventory management experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage inventory in multiple 3PL
Process and route orders, create shipping labels, input orders for fulfillment
Maintain daily records for invoices and shipments to identify which products need to be replenished.
Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory
Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels
Evaluating new inventory, ensuring it’s ready to ship
Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies
Analyze various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with 3PL is a MUST
Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Critical-thinking skills to establish action plans and routinely assess their effectiveness.

Experience: This is an advanced position that requires experience and is NOT an entry-level position.
You must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with some overtime and weekend work when needed. Please attached a copy of your resume upon application.
