Atlas residential, a real estate company based in Charlotte, NC looking to fulfill 2 lead generator positions for its growing acquisition team.

Job description:
Calling - You will be using a 3 line dialer to cold call homeowners and ask if they are interested in selling their home.
Texting - You will be texting homeowners asking if they are interested in selling their home.

Qualifications:
Fluent english- Must.
Ability to absorb rejection during phone calls and move on.
Attention to details, focus, and willingness to win despite the challenges.
At least 6 month experience on the phone setting up appointments


Compensation:

Hourly rate -$6 an hour
Bonus - $150 per deal.
10 Paid vacation days(Starting 3 month into the position)

Bonus:
You can bring your dog/child to work (Just kidding, you will be working from home :) .
