Experienced video editor

I’m looking for a full time video editor to help me with daily content on our social media such as youtube, facebook, tiktok. I will be looking for an editor Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. A solid background in current ways of editing videos for our real estate videos and fitness videos.

Experience in Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro X REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
Candidates should have their own dropbox subscription.
Powerful enough computer to edit and render videos.
Fast and reliable internet.



Your Top Tasks:
-Videos of our home tours, BTS , vlogs, youtube video content editing, including to instagram and tiktok videos.
-Weekly video/Monthly on market updates.
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading it to a computer
- Following a script, screenplay, or outline
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage
- Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
- Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Working closely with the video team to present a final product that matches his or her vision
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.



Job Requirements:
* Adobe Premier, FinalCut Pro, (any of the top editing programs)
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents and emails
* At least 2 years in editing videos. ( will ask for videos you have worked on)
* Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry and social media growth is a plus!

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
