Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor who is looking to coordinate and coach our teams. You’ll need to be able to coordinate people and projects with a mindset set on deliverables.
Responsibilities
Manage each project’s scope and timeline using Kanban
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups using SCRUM software
Coach tea ---------- mbers in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration using an effective communication channel
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or service providers)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests via a ticketing system
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and according to the agreed timeframe at the end of each sprint
Manage several teams running projects using the SCRUM methodology
Have demonstrable expertise that managed to transform teams to become more productive, agile, and consistently beat deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a scrum master role and over 5 years of sales experience
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of Agile software
Excellent communication, leadership, and persuasion skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in the English Language (C2 level)
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
