Bookkeeper

Canadian e-commerce company looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to help maintain the ledger properly.
Ideally we are looking for somebody who studied accounting and is confident with setting up rules to post things automatically to QBo. The goal is to minimize the amount of repetitive manual work as much as possible. We are a Canadian company so understanding of Canadian tax law is required. (PST/GST/HST). We already have an accountant and strategy and looking for a bookkeeper to help with the ledger specifically.

Scope:
Setting up, monitoring and posting transactions with these applications:
Etsy - Webgility - QBo
Dext / Deel - QBo
Maintaining the ledger
Extracting invoices
Monthly reconciliation
And more...

Apps we use:
Etsy
Webgility
QBo
Dext
Deel
And others...

You must have experience setting up automations for above listed applications already. This is not a learn on the job kind of opportunity. Expertise is required.

English fluency is absolutely required.

Zoom interview with video camera will be required for chosen applicants.
