Sr. Software Developer (Work from home)

Primary Responsibilities:

Designs and implements build procedures used to support software product development and use.
Understand requirements, and functional specifications in addition to writing well-designed, testable, efficient code
Responsible for solving complex technical issues
Ensure individual application projects are delivered within defined timelines
Active involvement in communication to understand functional requirements
Provide technical assistance to juniors within the team
Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables
Adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline and five (5) years of relevant experience OR
Advanced degree and four (4) years of relevant experience OR
In the absence of a degree, seven (7+) years of relevant experience are required.
Proficiency in analysis, design, and development of simple applications or portions of more complex applications
Experience conducting test planning & unit- tests. (Experience with Cypress and/or Jest is preferred)
Ability to develop/modify software based on functional specifications
Good communication and presentation skills in English. (verbal and written).
Experienced with AWS platform and services
Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
Good at HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
In-depth knowledge of Node JS, MongoDB, and React JS
Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns
Experience in Version control systems like GIT
Analytical and logical skills
