We now have a new headquarters located in Arlington, Texas and have an exciting opportunity for a NEW Accounting Leader to join the team! (and you can live anywhere in the Philippines).

HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A rockstar Accounting Specialist that can take on our payroll, especially for our International Team. You will work closely with and report to our Finance Manager. We want someone who is a self-starter and has that problem-solving DNA. This is a feedback-rich environment where you are constantly learning and growing.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Prepare and submit company payroll information for processing for all U.S. employees
and International employees and contractors.
Manage payroll processes, including review of leave of absence payments, retroactive payments, commissions, bonuses, new hires, terminations and other unique payroll transactions.
Review contractor timesheets and invoices for accuracy.
Ensure payroll goes out in a timely manner.
Make corrections and amendments when necessary.
Coordinate with other departments, to communicate any changes in payroll.
Prepare and submit all necessary processes for tax deductions, benefits, health stipends, remote work stipends, and other unique transactions.
Answer employee questions about payroll and pay ---------- t up new client information in Zoho from new ---------- nd billing email to new clients.

Email clients if they have failed payments.
Process non-financial (refunds) billing changes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Team-first mentality.
Being a Certified Public Accountant is a plus! (CPA)
2-5 years relevant work experience in payroll, billing and/or accounting.
General knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks. (proficiency with one or both would be beneficial).
Ability to identify and resolve problems within tight timeframes.
Proactive attitude where you can identify problems, provide solutions and always try to find ways to make improvements.
Be a big problem solver!
Think strategically and have that entrepreneurial mindset where you are not afraid to push the envelope.
Data-driven and analytical. Always trying to back up decisions with data.
Thorough and detail-oriented.
