Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst

Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company with headquarters in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

The Conversion Research Analyst leads our team's investigation into the drivers of conversion across client websites. Reviewing website designs, you investigate what triggers customers to take buying actions and what leads to website abandonment. Help us discover what works in digital marketing!

You should have a keen eye of detail and an intuitive understanding of the psychology behind consumer decision making. However, no prior experience is necessary; you will receive training on the job.

The role is particularly well suited to someone with an interest in a career in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B ---------- this role, you will gain valuable skills in digital marketing, UI/UX best practices, and consumer psychology.

Responsibilities:

Upload A/B Testing data to our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library.
Manage and update the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library regularly.
Analyze testing data and catalog them in the right directories.

Requirements and skills:

Willing to learn: Can easily be trained to learn the processes.
Good Written Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language in writing.
Motivated: Able to maintain a strong work ethic.
Above-average IQ, EQ, and drive.
Able to overlap with Eastern Standard Time for at least 4 hours every day.
Work setup: Must have a laptop/desktop with strong internet connection.
Good typing speed - at least 40 WPM

Competitive salary: USD 800/month
Working days: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Working hours: Semi-flexible. Must overlap with Eastern Standard Time for at least four hours (from 8:00 AM - 12:00 NN EST). The rest of your working day is up to you.
