Bay Property Management Group is seeking to hire a Office Administrator to join our growing team. The Office Administrator is responsible for assisting in the running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth including but not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and maintain compliance items.
• Rental licenses
• Lead paint certificates
• Licensing and inspections citations (city citations)
• Manage property managers in regards to compliance.
• Review and process utility bills prior to sending to accounting
• Maintain spreadsheets and registrations when it comes to evictions/eviction process.
• Onboard new vendors and recruit new vendors.
• Maintain master vendor spreadsheet
• Oversee the new properties that are onboarded that are missing some info/need rental license.
• Data entry onto spreadsheet pulled directly from our software system.
• Maintain receipts on a monthly basis (over 100 each month)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook & Excel
