Customer Relations Service Associate

As a Customer Relations Service Associate, your main responsibilities are:

In-charge of preparing and sending of letters to client
Monitors and prepares monthly reports of all letters sent
Calls clients randomly and ask for feedback regarding their experience with their property consultant
Answers phone calls and properly distribute queuing to sales division
Coordinates with documentations department regarding CTBS requests
Facilitates all approved requests for execution of CTBS
Checks if requests are ready for preparation
Requests lot layout and dimension to concern department

REQUIREMENTS

- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree
- With pleasing personality
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Background in Customer Relation Service in Real Estate is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Taguig City (McKinley West)
