Executive Assistant/Bookkeeping Specialist

Hey there! We are looking for a rockstar bookkeeper with strong administrative expertise for AAA Tax.

First, a little about the business.... Corrine Woodard is a certified public accounting genius on a mission to change how people feel about taxes. She’s worked closely with her father to provide in-person financial services for many ---------- w it’s her dream to expand the virtual portion of their business ---------- t only do they offer bookkeeping services, but they also serve as Fractional CFOs in multiple companies and offer a Tax Academy for Bookkeepers.

Together they provide outstanding service to clients with dedication and commitment to excellence. She would love to find a dedicated right-hand assistant to join her on her business journey.

We are looking for a full-time, organized, and hard-working assistant to help her in the day-to-day running of her business. Ideally, this candidate would mirror the values of her company which include:

Responsibilities:

We need a self-starter, goal-driven,detail-oriented person who understands and loves numbers. Someone who is able to take charge and complete the following tasks with minimal supervision:

* bookkeeping
* track and manage different financial data
* Email management
* calendar management
* social media marketing
* social media management
*administrative tasks

-Lacerte Tax System
-Grasshopper
-Tax Dome
-Active Campaign
-MS Outlook
-Canva
-Monday
-Google Suite
-Zoom

A few other things you might need to know:
*Corrin works in the EST time zone.
*She is excited to start building a team of people who will help grow her business.
*Bookkeeping experience is preferred but training on specific tools will be provided.

We are only interested in candidates for this position who are looking for full-time, long-term work. This position will be for Corrin’s right hand so please don’t apply if you are interested in building an agency or plan to move on to another career.
