Type of Position - Part Time - 10-20 hours per week
Work Time Zone: You must be available for at least 3 hours daily between 10-5 AEST Mon-Fri. Around this, you can set your work hours - as long as tasks are completed within deadlines. I am based in Melbourne Australia (Australian Eastern Standard Time GMT +10 hours) - if there is a need to communicate it will be during standard work hours my time.

Our content primarily focuses on dogs, dog photography and life, adventures & travelling with dogs.
About You:
- You have excellent knowledge of online content marketing and experience with the
- You’re smart, enthusiastic and love to do great work.
- You’re a great communicator (British English is used in Australia)
- You’re highly organised and think 3 steps ahead.
- You get fulfilment supporting others.
- You prefer working towards a goal rather than waiting to be given tasks.
- You’re better at systems and processes than creativity and design.
- Setting up spreadsheets, websites and automation ‘hacks’ are easy for you.
- Prioritisation and planning is second nature to you.
- If you can’t do something, you find a solution to get it done.
About the Role
You will be working closely with the business owner, proactively taking content management and administrative tasks off their hands to ensure that the business’s online marketing goals are achieved. You are not required to be a creative copywriter, designer or marketing ‘strategist’ although your input will always be welcome. You are required to manage the marketing system, monitor performance, and work with other freelancers (like designers and copywriters).
Priority initial Task
- Establish & Maintain Content Hub on Notion through through tailoring a template
- Setting up the Notion template with specific and relevant information
- Transfer/Add existing content from website, Google Docs and Social Media Platforms (via automation where possible)
- Prepare & Maintain a Scheduling Calendar in the software
- Enabling rescheduling/repurposing for content in the Content Hub
- Maintain the Hub with new content, updates to existing content and in accordance with the content plan
- Set up automation within Notion - for example, for scheduling, for adding inspiration/ideas found from online, social media, for repurposing the content and others that save time and enhance our content generation and sharing.

Non Negotiables
- Prior experience in content marketing and social media.
- You must have access to stable reliable internet.
- You must be available for at least 3 hours between 10-5 AEST.
- Your written English must be exceptional (you won’t be required to speak to clients).
- You’re available for regular meetings on Zoo
