TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Filling Out Spreadsheets
-Pulling Marketing Data
-Pulling Sales Data
-Project Management Of Clients & Projects
-Scheduling Events In Calendars
-Market Research
QUALIFICATIONS:
-2+ Years Of Experience As An Administrative / Personal Assistant To C-Levels (CEO, COO, CTO or any “Chief Of”)
Highly fluent english communication skills both written and verbal
-Solid organizational skills
-Excellent time management and project management skills
-Familiar with current technologies like slack, zoom, monday ect
-Excellent
-Tech Savvy
-Proactive attitude
-Entrepreneurial minded
-Ability to work fast and efficiently
-Fast internet connection
